As part of our strategic priority to help customers transition to a circular economy, we have added this interesting packaging solution to our range. This solution is reusable and – thanks to its monomaterial PP composition – fully recyclable through the regular household plastics recycling streams.
To meet the current demand of customers in the cosmetic industry, Gaasch Packaging adds black glass to the existing range of amber, green and blue dropper bottles. The new black glass dropper bottles are available from now on.
As of 1st of April 2022, the new Plastic Packaging Tax will be introduced on the production and import of plastic packaging. The tax is currently announced at a rate of £200 per tonne for packaging predominantly composed of plastics with a recycled plastic content lower than 30%. It will apply for businesses in the UK manufacturing or importing more than 10 tonnes of plastic packaging per year.
